I mean i guess using it could give you cred in the lobbies with the jel people who want it.
Okay this Jason uses a pitchfork as his weapon, and has a few pretty decent kills, but overall this Jason is not that spectacular aside from looking cool.
I mean Jason is looking all menacing and on fire and hot embers and ashes fly off him… It’s pretty awesome visually i will give it that.īut how does it compare to the other Jason’s available in the game? After a quick google search (I really just could have took a photo of my TV but this was easier) I was able to find a screen grab of his stats. Well the skin which in itself is pretty badass. I personally am not…īut let’s look at it shall we? I mean what do you get? Remember this skin was $6.99 from Gun Media…. Now you could take advantage of the Ebay sales if you are so inclined… But be aware that the supply and demand are in full effect here…. You snooze you lose! Moving on… They shouldn’t release it as it was an exclusive and advertised as such. NO! I like everyone else had the opportunity to purchase the skin, I did in fact buy one code for my roommate but not one for myself. (Rumor has it they have taken the skins back, can’t confirm or deny)Īs you scroll through the Facebook pages of the F13 (that’s what we will call it from this point forward) the game often times there will be posts about how Gun Media should just release the skin and let everyone have it. Just recently in the news Microsoft was giving the skin away for free in a glitch that a lot of Xbox One users took advantage of. On launch day PSN mistakenly put the skin up for sale before Gun Media was alerted so many people were able to purchase it at that time and it’s since been removed. This skin has since been the topic of a lot of discussion. When you purchased the skin while the campaign was still underway you were a backer. Gun Media has stated that this skin was exclusive to backers, those who contributed to the game. (Hindsight being 20/20 i should have bought a few codes) At the launch of the game codes were then e mailed to those who purchased it. It wasn’t just for those who pumped a ton of money into it however, anyone could have gone to the campaign and bought it, just like i did for $6.99. This was an exclusive add on available for backers of the game. They even posted on their social media outlets and a reveal by Tom Savini himself. <- Click that for video. Sit and stew…….īack before the game was released, Gun Media advertised this exclusive skin. People are not happy that this is exclusive and they missed their chance but guess what? That’s life.
Even at some points almost demanding that Gun Media release it… Man people are really bent out of shape they won’t release this to the public. So you missed out on the exclusive Tom Savini Jason Voorhees Skin….
